Request an assessment
- Your assessment is carried out by an experienced engineer, not a salesman. We complete an in-depth assessment of all aspects of your bifold doorset, talk you through the findings while we are on site, and provide the information in the report that accompanies the quotation for any repairs recommended. The visit lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is a professional inspection of the complete doorset.
- We take multiple measurements and record detailed observations to identify distortion, alignment issues, failing components, and underlying causes.
- Addressing only the visible symptom can lead to repeat repairs, replacement parts, and avoidable additional cost, so the assessment looks for the cause as well.
- No repair work is carried out during the assessment. The findings are followed by a comprehensive report and itemised quotation by email, with repairs arranged separately.
- If you choose to go ahead with the repair, the £79 assessment fee is credited against the repair cost, so you do not pay for the assessment in addition to the repair. The fee is also refunded if suitable parts are unavailable and we cannot provide a quote, or if the doorset is considered beyond economical repair.
